Orders & Shipping
How long does order processing take?
Orders are processed within 1–4 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed before 2:00pm GMT are usually processed the same business day.
How long does delivery take once my order is shipped?
Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 5–8 business days. The total estimated delivery timeframe is 6–12 business days, including processing.
What is the shipping cost?
We offer free shipping across the United Kingdom, including England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland, with no minimum spend.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.
Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?
Address changes are only possible within 24 hours of placing your order and before it has been shipped. Once dispatched, changes cannot be made.
Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
What is your return window?
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Requests made after this period cannot be accepted.
What items are eligible for return?
Returned items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original packaging, with all tags, manuals, and accessories included.
Are there any items that cannot be returned?
Yes. Personalised/custom items and clearance or final-sale items are not eligible for return.
How do I start a return?
Email info@casonihome.com with your name, order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and an optional reason. We will provide the correct return address and instructions.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 14 days after the returned item is received and inspected, and are issued to the original payment method.
Warranty, Issues & General Policies
What should I do if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Contact us as soon as possible with your order number, clear photos, and a brief description of the issue. We will offer a replacement, partial refund, or full refund depending on the situation.
Do your products come with a warranty?
Yes. All products are covered by a one-year warranty against manufacturing defects. This does not cover misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.
Can I cancel my order after placing it?
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours, provided they have not yet been shipped. After this time, cancellation cannot be guaranteed.
Do you offer exchanges?
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, you can return the original (if eligible) and place a new order.
What happens if my package is lost or marked as delivered?
If a carrier confirms a package is lost in transit, we will offer a replacement or refund. If the package is marked as delivered, we cannot take responsibility for theft or loss after delivery
