At Casoni Home, we want every shopping experience to be seamless and satisfying. If for any reason you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a 90-day return period from the date you receive your order, along with a one-year warranty against manufacturer defects.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

To be eligible for a return or exchange, please ensure the following:

The item must be returned in its original packaging and in the same condition as received.
Products must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged.
All accompanying materials, including tags, manuals, and accessories, must be included.

Please note:

Returns that do not meet the above criteria cannot be accepted.
Exchanges are not available for incorrect size selections, as all measurements are clearly listed on each product page.

CANCELLATIONS

Before dispatch: You may cancel your order at any time for a full refund before it has shipped.
After dispatch but before delivery: You may request a cancellation, but a refund will only be processed once the order is returned to us.
After delivery: You have up to 90 days from receipt to request a return.

WARRANTY COVERAGE

All Casoni Home products are covered by a one-year warranty against manufacturer defects.

This warranty covers faults related to manufacturing, design, or materials.
If you notice a defect, please contact us immediately so we can assess the issue.
Depending on the defect, a replacement or refund may be issued at our discretion.

Exclusions: The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, normal wear and tear, or issues unrelated to manufacturing defects.

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN, EXCHANGE, OR WARRANTY CLAIM

Product name
Order number
Email address used for the purchase
Reason for the return, exchange, or warranty claim
A short video or photo showing the issue (if applicable)

Once we receive your request, our team will review it and provide you with the return address and next steps.

REFUNDS

Refunds are processed once the returned item has been received and inspected.
Approved refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
Please allow 8–10 business days for funds to be reimbursed, depending on your bank or payment provider.

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

Returns due to change of mind or incorrect size: Customer is responsible for shipping costs.
Returns due to faulty or damaged items: Casoni Home will cover all return shipping costs.

NON-COMPLIANCE

Returns or warranty claims that do not meet the above conditions or are submitted outside the applicable timeframes will unfortunately not be accepted.
