Return policy

At Casoni Home, we want every shopping experience to be seamless and satisfying. If for any reason you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a 90-day return period from the date you receive your order, along with a one-year warranty against manufacturer defects.


RETURNS & EXCHANGES

To be eligible for a return or exchange, please ensure the following:

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging and in the same condition as received.
  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged.
  • All accompanying materials, including tags, manuals, and accessories, must be included.

Please note:

  • Returns that do not meet the above criteria cannot be accepted.
  • Exchanges are not available for incorrect size selections, as all measurements are clearly listed on each product page.

CANCELLATIONS

  • Before dispatch: You may cancel your order at any time for a full refund before it has shipped.
  • After dispatch but before delivery: You may request a cancellation, but a refund will only be processed once the order is returned to us.
  • After delivery: You have up to 90 days from receipt to request a return.

WARRANTY COVERAGE

All Casoni Home products are covered by a one-year warranty against manufacturer defects.

  • This warranty covers faults related to manufacturing, design, or materials.
  • If you notice a defect, please contact us immediately so we can assess the issue.
  • Depending on the defect, a replacement or refund may be issued at our discretion.

Exclusions: The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, normal wear and tear, or issues unrelated to manufacturing defects.


HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN, EXCHANGE, OR WARRANTY CLAIM

Please email us at info@casonihome.com with the following information:

  • Product name
  • Order number
  • Email address used for the purchase
  • Reason for the return, exchange, or warranty claim
  • A short video or photo showing the issue (if applicable)

Once we receive your request, our team will review it and provide you with the return address and next steps.


REFUNDS

  • Refunds are processed once the returned item has been received and inspected.
  • Approved refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
  • Please allow 8–10 business days for funds to be reimbursed, depending on your bank or payment provider.

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

  • Returns due to change of mind or incorrect size: Customer is responsible for shipping costs.
  • Returns due to faulty or damaged items: Casoni Home will cover all return shipping costs.

NON-COMPLIANCE

  • Returns or warranty claims that do not meet the above conditions or are submitted outside the applicable timeframes will unfortunately not be accepted.
